How long is my lease?
All rooms at Y Suites are offered on a 6 or 12-month-long lease
How much is the deposit?
To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay 2 weeks of advance deposit.
The 2 weeks of advance deposit will go towards the initial rent payment.
This payment is non-refundable.
Do I have to be a student to stay at Y Suites?
Yes, only students are allowed to stay at Y Suites.
We are a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation.
We welcome all students to stay with us, even if you are doing an internship/placement year or part-time course.
What does the rent cover?
The rent covers:
1. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet
2. All utility bills including electricity, water and gas
3. Usage of all communal facilities
4. Events provided for our residents
What does the room include?
In-room provisions include:

2. Mattress Protector & Shower Curtain (Chargeable)

Terms and Conditions
You must be classified as an eligible new resident at Y Suites on Moore.
This offer is valid for bookings made and advance rent paid during the promotion period or until all allocations are exhausted.
The check-in and check-out date must be within a specific period to be eligible for this promo.
Campaign benefits are subject to availability upon booking. Rooms allocations are based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis and students are not allowed to choose the rooms at bookings. Any request for room changes after bookings are confirmed would be subjected to an additional admin fee.
All applications must have paid their advance rent to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. - Failure to pay advance rent by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions and campaigns. Students are also required to make their bond payment before their check-in arrival under the relevant state laws and regulations.
Rent rebate upon booking will only be credited to the resident's account 2 weeks before the resident ends his/her lease.
This reward cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
This offer is only valid at Y Suites on Moore in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. In the event of a lease break, all booking incentives will be charged back to the resident.
This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited.
